Decíamos ayer...
Soy el Vecino del 157. Creé el Blog de Alcores como lugar sin censuras para la libre expresión.
Después de un año en que, tras la nueva elección de presidente en la Urbanización, decidí dejar en manos de otros la administración del Blog de Alcores de Calahonda, he tenido que crear otro bloq.
Peter Bremeld ha decidido impedirme expresarme en el Bloq, contradiciendo las razones por las que se creó. Bueno, al menos ha hecho ALGO, después de un año.
Eso no le impide acusarme de lo contrario, claro "I have to say that in my opinion their view -la mía- of democracy is based firmly on the Franco era." (16/01/07)
(trad: tengo que decir que en mi opinión su visión de la democracia está firmemente basada en al época de Franco)

Parece ser que está molesto porque tengo las direcciones de email a las que él envía correo: "I hope that Jose is not using the administrator's database to send out this misinformation as this would of course be the subject of possible legal action under the data protection act."(15/01/07)
(trad: espero que Jose no esté usando la base de datos del administrador para enviar su desinformación puesto que sería sujeto de posible acción legal bajo la ley de protección de datos)
Alguien le puede explicar la diferencia entre CC y CCO?. Estimado Peter, cuando envías tus emails, todos recibimos las direcciones a las que las envías.

En fin.
Ejemplo de la información que da Peter:

- La cantidad de agua reciclada será la dada por el consumo individual de los vecinos. Este dato exacto se conoce. (excepto la cantidad que pueda generar la vejiga del Sr. Brameld, que sería un dato exógeno y que es posible que hayamos infravalorado, de acuerdo a su planteamiento). Se ha hecho el cálculo y no sobraría agua en verano y sí en invierno.
- Si adoptamos la decisión de reducir la zona de pradera (con tarima de madera alrededor de las piscinas) e implantamos el riego por goteo (medidas que no se pudieron hacer debbido a que no están presupuestadas, y en el comité una vocal se manifestó en contra (esperemos que venga y lo explique en la asamblea general), entonces sí sobraría agua.
- La conducción de agua que se pueda vender a otras urbanizaciones sé que, para ser rentable, tiene que estar canalizada.Así que bye-bye el camión cisterna.
- De todas maneras, en ausencia del Sr. Bremeld y su impetuosa vejiga, no debe haber mucha cantidad de agua sobrante.
(Trad: ya han solicitado y obtenido las necesarias licencias)
No, ni una. Lo primero es que el cliente, Alcores, apruebe en asamblea el acuerdo. Sé que se tocaron todas las instituciones implicadas, pero no se ha solicitado siquiera nada.
El TEMA de Verdad:

Bueno ya sabíamos de los peligros que supone Peter al volante, ahora sabemos porqué. je je.
Sé que Peter está preparando una oferta para poner él la planta. Incluso se lo ha ofrecido a la EUC en un email el 15/12/06:
"I list below the questions referred to me by residents,
1) Can we the residents of Alcores, object and prevent the build of this treatment plant so close to our complex.
2) In whose name was the application for licences made and in whose name were they issued.
3) Who made the licence application.
4) Are their grants available to support this type of project
(trad: 4)están sus subvenciones disponibles para apoyar este tipo de proyectos?
6) apoyarían (la EUC) una propuesta que todas las comunidades adyacentes al valle hicieran una propuesta conjunta para construir una planta de tratamiento?)
Me parece espléndido contar con otra oferta. Pero date prisa (aún a riego de que vayas más lento, je,je)
Quiero invitar a todos los propietarios a participar exponiendo sus opiniones libremente. Cuando fui administrador del Blog alcores.blogspot.com JAMÁS se impidió a nadie expresarse ni se borró ninguna opinión.
Espero oír de TODOS.

No a la censura. Si a la libre expresion. Si hay mas de una opcion, que se sometan a debate que para eso estan las asambleas de vecinos.
De todas formas innovar siempre ha sido arriesgado. Para algunos aun tendriamos que ir andando, y hace años que se invento la rueda.
Sí a la instalacion de la depuradora.
Hay que mentalizarse de que el agua es un bien escaso.
No existira la posibilidad de regar los jardines si no hacemos algo.

You have censored most of the residents who have used your past blogs and after the comments were posted then removed BY YOU, you have waged a personal war on them. Ranging from calling the police to stop building work, posting false statements about monies owed or insults to residents and generally using the blog to feel superior about yourself. CREATING A BAD FEELING AMONGST YOUR NEIGHBORS!

The original blog was created by a Mr Alan Boddy. This really was a free speech blog but YOU, Mr VP decided to take it upon yourself (within hours) to sabotage Mr Boddy in any way, shape or form you could, purely because someone had started a blog without involving you and in your stupidity, broke the DATA PROTECTION ACT by publishing his outstanding debt (months after it was paid in full and after he was supplied with the relevant paperwork he had requested on a number of occasions since becoming an owner at Alcores).
This and your rude, silly comments is the REAL reason the blog control was taken over by Peter because your idea of freedom of speech is to be rude, insulting and to break laws and acts, all in Alcores´s name.
We have also had the joy of your “Denucias”. What fun to see you watching for all of those ILLEGAL BUILDING works that the evil Alcores residents have been carrying out. All the while YOU have carved away more that 50m2 of floor space under your house. This includes the 20m2 behind your car port and the part you are carving out of the hill, which MUST have weakened the block on which it rests on. Work which is still being carried out on your property number 157.
Then we have your connections, Security guards, Administrators, Gardeners, cleaning companies….. the list goes on.
By the way, How is your father in law finding his job as our security guard?
(Which is very surprising to hear after your sparkling speech at one of the meetings, of how we should NEVER hire anyone living on the complex or related to anyone living on the complex.)
Then, there is your PR. Wow!!!
This must have been learnt at the MB office. I am always so pleased to hear your voice when I call to speak to my administrator.
I am sure there are a number of residents who have been dazzled by your abilities including:
• Those residents you have picked fist fights with.
• The ones you have accused of allsorts of illegalities.
• The lady you tried to push down the stairs.
• The Spanish couple you applauded as they left, after insisting we see our, sorry, your administrator’s credentials (which HE still does not have),
• The many companies you have dealt with on our behalf (the majority of which are now suing us)
• The single mothers on the complex you have had fined HUGE amounts of money by the ayuntamiento.
• The people who have dared to question you at a meeting and have been asked outside to fight or simply shouted down.
As a resident of this community, I have a few very basic expectations of the people that represent me.
Chief among these is that they have an intellect that ranges above that of the common ground squirrel.
After your consistent and annoying harassment of myself and my fellow residents, I can only surmise that you are one of the few true genetic wastes of time and also a waste of precious oxygen.
You will never understand why people hate you, but I am going to try and explain it to you, even though I am sure this will be just as effective as explaining quantum physics to you in under a minute.
Your shiny Rover has more personality than you ever will.
You walk around the complex, looking for fault in others. You have a useless look about you that may have worked for your job, but now that you actually have responsibility, you sit up there in 157 (I do imagine you stroking a white cat), hoping that your silly insults and comments will cover for your glaring stupidity. In a world of evolution, you are the blue-green algae that everyone else eats and laughs at.
Seeing as this situation is unlikely to change without you getting a full frontal lobotomy reversal, I suggest people ignore this new blog. NO GOOD will come of it. Just silly little comments and the filling of a large void in Jose´s little insignificant life.
